Managed project teams responsible for delivering 529 College Savings services to a new client. This effort was delivered ahead of schedule, within budget and high quality.
Successfully implemented on time and within budget a 20,000-hour project providing enhancements to DST’s recordkeeping system to support Department of Labor regulations.
Successfully executed a 30,000-hour project that provided annuity processing capabilities on DST’s retirement recordkeeping platform. This project was sponsored by DST’’s largest remote client bringing in approximately $1m in new revenue.
