• Representative Engagements

o Successfully led and delivered an engagement leveraging a programmatic approach to support and drive the development of a functional service catalog that enabled the transformation of the IT organization as needed in a post-merger environment. The efforts included:

Leading, educating and managing a five-person team to deliver business transformation services and serving as the lead client relationship manager.

Assessing the current state of function to understand how they served IT stakeholders, the day-to-day activities of the team, and the prioritized opportunities for improvement.

Developing and executing a communication plan that socialized the future state services to key global IT stakeholders and leadership for buy-in.

As a result of these efforts, the function initiated the development of a Global web portal that will serve as a single point of entry into the IT procurement process.
