Dispatch and schedule a fleet of over 100 trucks in different configuration across Houston and surrounding areas on a daily basis.

Schedule trucks to effectively balance our capabilities with demand. Schedule company and independent drivers to deliver customer’s orders at each facility. Adjust the schedule as necessary.

Receive sales orders from sales team and customers directly and then accurately enter order details into the APEX system and TRUX application to coordinate orders and charge credit cards on Cyber Source.

Review daily order entry for completeness and accuracy for each facility. Ensure the 13 plants have the capability to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Make adjustments as necessary.

Schedule and unload rail trains
