Currently, I have been working in Thardeep Rural Development Program (RSP), one of the largest Rural Support Programs (RSPs) in Pakistan/Sindh Province, as firstly Manager HR & Administration then Manager Human Resources since August 27, 2012 and lastly I have been posted at one of its leading EU funded 5 Years Project named SUCCESS in Jamshoro PIU Office from April 22, 2016 as Senior Programme Officer-HR/Admin & Procurement.
Here, I setup and managed a diversified range of an Operational Management Functions such as: HR/Admin & Procurement that includes 12 offices buildings with all of the required facilities, office equipment, furniture and vehicles were procured apart from selecting/recruiting and onboarding around 150 No. Project Staff also establishing the Administration Department setup of this Project within 8 months of time and this project budget is around PKR 3 Billion.

Senior Finance Officer
I have a pride of working in Mercy Corps for around 15 months, that is known to be one of the largest Humanitarian US based INGO around the globe and it had been working in Sindh and Baluchistan Provinces in response to its Emergency/Recovery Programs aiming to lessen the suffering of the flood affected people of 2010 GREAT INDUS Flood Disaster that took place in the 5 most affected districts of Sindh/Baluchistan.
We were involved in the areas of Emergency Relief, Early Recovery, Cash for Work, WASH, Shelter, Health, Education, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction etc. under the different Financial Grants received from World's leading Agencies/Organizations such as USAID, DFID, OFDA, COFRA, MAC, ICDF, WATERFORD, INTEL, SCOTISH Govt., ODEYSeyre, ITT, Western Union, JOAC. I was working there as Senior Finance Officer (Head of Finance) at its Provincial Head Quarters in Sukkur first and then in Mirpurkhas.
Here, I had a team consisting of a Finance Officer, Finance Assistant and 10 Pay Masters and my role was to look after and ensure all aspects of its Finance Department to run in an efficient and cost effective way. This was an emergency Project and its budget was around 1.5 Billion PKR.

I worked in Health & Nutrition Development Society (HANDS) - A very famous NGO known in the Health Sector in Pakistan as Manager Operations at its Head Office in Karachi for more than 2.5 Years.
This is one of the largest Pakistani NGO working in more than 30 Districts countrywide on different Social Development Issues such as Health, Education, Poverty Alleviation, Advocacy, CPI, Emergency Relief, Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Reproductive Health & Health Education etc.
Here, I also set up and managed the Operations Department right from scratch that was consisting of Administration, Procurement, Logistics and General Support Services apart from Liaison with other Government Departments and other Organizations.

I worked in Thardeep Rural Development Program (RSP), one of the largest Rural Support Programs (RSPs) in Pakistan/Sindh Province, as Financial Risk Management Officer - Micro Credit & Enterprise Development for around 2.75 Years at its Head Office in Mithi, District Tharparkar (Thar Desert).
Here, I set up and managed the Finance Department apart from also looking after the Financial Risk Management of Micro Finance Program and introduced Banking Investment, Treasury Management and Insurance etc.

I worked with a Pakistani Commercial Bank named “Prime Commercial Bank” as Senior Relationship Officer and have been dealing in consumer financing that was later on acquired by ABN AMRO Bank & then RBS Bank International.
My role was to bring the new business accounts and the financing of different consumer Banking Products such as Car Financing, Home Financing, Personal Loans and selling of Credit Cards.

It has one of the largest networks in Pakistan with 25 Branches located in the different parts of the Country.
I feel proud to let you know that here I established the Purchase Department from scratch and developed in devising the Purchasing Manual's SOPs and also introduced Oracle ERP Purchasing Software Module with the help of the Head of Internal Audit Department.
