Sugar manufacturing process, introduction to pan boiling process, operation of crystallizer, centrifugal, vacuum system & process of sugar bagging unit.

Familiarization with lath, milling, shaping, drilling, grinding, thread cutting operation.

Safety & security introduction and general knowledge on yard practice. Maintenance & overhauling of marine engines, Auxiliary engines and their sub components such as Heat Exchanger, Propellers, Propeller shaft, Pumps & valves.

Dismantling & Assembling of Main Engine & Marine units such as Auxiliary machinery, Propellers, Propeller shaft, valves and Alignment of propeller shafts.

Repairs of marine units such as Deck machinery, Valves & Hydraulic operated rams & Valves.

Fabrication work of old pipe lines, introduction to Welding process of SMAW, GTAW and GMAW. Flame cutting, rolling, shearing and bending of steel plates.

Measuring method of Crankshaft deflections, Calibration of Piston rods, Liners & Ladder.

Maintenance of Plant & Equipment such as Chain blocks, Gas lines & Pumps.

Motors rewinding & servicing.
