Associate Goodwill

Not only worked the cash register and helped assist customers, but also helped train new employees after I receiving a full two weeks of training. Did lots of manual labor in the production department, however also did well in talking to customers as customary in retail.

Duties included: Checking out customers, managing phone calls, managing the fitting rooms, stocking the wares, putting out and pulling clothes, tagging items, greeting customers, cleaning floors, bathrooms, etc.

Skills needed: Patience with customers, politeness, cleanliness, ability to learn quickly, ability to count and handle money, ability to speak with people on the phone, familiarity with the store

2020

CSA Mister

Assisted customers on the daily with finding the right packages for them. Drove sales and was one of the faces of the company. Entered data in the system whenever there was an error, made commission and worked with cash occasionally.

Duties include: keeping up with the current events with the company and driving sales, assisting with any issues

Skills needed: Patience, ability to work with money, knowledge of the packages and all included

Associate Dd’s Discounts

I have been cross trained to work multiple positions, including stock, floor work, special projects, register/customer service, and store protection specialist.

Duties include: Coming in early/late night hours to process and restock, handling money and speaking well to customers, de-escalating situations, answering phone, handling security responsibilities, maintaining a clean store, and handling Covid sanitation duties

Skills needed: Cleanliness, organization, people skills, ability to do math quickly, ability to work fast-paced

I work very well with others; however I do believe I always have room for improvement. I believe it is necessary for people to work well together to have a successful and well-run work environment, and I believe that I can contribute positively and fairly to a team.

Volunteer/ Leadership Experience

I have trained other employees at multiple previous jobs, with hands on experience and leadership. Head associate at Dd’s on the CPR during the holidays, and have been commended by multiple employers on my workmanship.
