ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to perform shift in charge, Inprocess Inspection for Injection Mould

parts and maintain the Inprocess reports and control plans.

• To maintain QA lab manage shift activity

• Responsible to identify the RCA for defects which are found at Inprocess stage and

at Client location.

• Responsible to support / manage the junior resources and Contract employees.

• Responsible to provide the induction to new joiners to the team and support them

until they get fully trained.

• Validate the Rejected parts at every shift end and Identify RCA for major defects

which are found at final inspection stage.

• Responsible to verify the machine conditions by verifying the JH (JishuHozen)

checksheets.

• To Support the Pre dispatch inspection team by inspecting the parts before dispatch.

• To conduct the Process and Product Audit and maintain its documents

• Guiding the team members to take ICA (Interm Containment Action) for the defect

which are found at customer end by taking ICA at inhouse to prevent the issue at

client end.

• Maintaining NC (Non-Conformity) area and updating the documents. Co-ordinate

with other departments and take necessary action.

• All INPROCESS, PDI, FIREWALL document can be maintained.
