For Chevron managed two offshore Projects Blind faith-2 and TVEX. Both brown field projects underwent revamp. Lead a multi-Discipline team of engineers.
Organized with Offshore Chief Engineer and Operations Manager, set up project’s engineering team on BLF2& TVEX projects, with client approval.
Directed and provided technical and administrative guidance to Chevron’s Projects and to discipline Engineers in the management of engineering. Prepared packages for BSEE approval which includes P&ID, relief system design basis.

Worked as a Team Lead managed cross disciplinary Engineers for Tank Farm, Marine Terminals for the world largest refinery complex. Project involved revamping existing units and developing new facilities for the 12 Billion US$ C1-C8 Downstream Petrochemicals project at Jamnagar in the Reliance Refinery complex.
Lead the team from conception to design, construction and commissioning.
Design and construction of additional Marine system including Seawater intake system, Desalination system, DM water and other utilities to cater the new petrochemical units.
Integration of ISBL units handled by different contractors.

Revamped existing pipelines and Tank Farm for expansion.

Australian Pacific LNG Project, from Oct 2009 to Dec 2012
Worked on AP LNG Project FEED. Responsible engineer for spiking, ISBL units and Flare System. Completed Flarenet model for the LNG dry & Wet flare system. Completely managed Relief system design including PSV sizing, flarenet analysis and lateral sizing. Involved in compressor calculations and pump hydraulics. Coordinated Hazop Action items to closure and tracking. From FEED stage developed conceptual PFDs and moved to detail engineering with P&ID development. Completed Level-2 Hydraulic calculations on compressor, pumps and heat exchanger equipment.
Designed using HYSYS Liquification system, Optimized Cascade® technology is used for liquefying the gas to -161 degrees Celsius. This liquefaction system consists of three refrigeration circuits: propane, ethylene and methane, each progressively lowering the temperature until the gas becomes LNG.
Senior Process Engineer Jamnagar Export Refinery Project, India from June 2007 to Sep. 2009
Worked through post IFC P&IDs, start-up and commissioning of the Project. Successfully completed world largest refinery project ($7 Billion) in India. Worked through post-IFC P&IDs, start-up, commissioning and process support of the polypropylene and refinery units. The refinery has a capacity of 580,000bpd and a polypropylene (PP) plant has a capacity of 900,000tpa The PP is produced using propylene feedstock from the refinery complex.
