Supervise the operation of five hydrogen compressors, recovery units, Flare Systems heat exchangers regen systems with mole sieve desiccant dryers and hydrocarbon purifiers and all its axillary equipment wile complying with all local permitting EPA OSHA
ISO requirements and government regulations.
Coordinated plant expansion with the implementation of two new CVD reactors and one new hydrogen compressor with PLC controller’s addition to the existing system. With this additional expansion were able to increase production to ten metric tons of Polysilicon production and meet customer requirements at that time.
Take Data readings of specific process conditions to maintain product at or exceed customer specifications. Coordinate with field operators on when to startup or shutdown reactors and other auxiliary equipment.
Synchronize with Silane Department area and management to direct the silane storage tank inventory and control. Coordinate with upstream & downstream manufacturing units to ensure smooth operations while transitioning from product types and manipulating process variables to reduce possible contamination issues
while keeping product quality above customer specifications.
