DHCR handles more than 40 different Case Types across 4 Bureaus. The team attempts to release a new version about 4 times annually, this project includes Juvenile and Adult Programs, Electronic Referrals, Conversion from SSIS package to WCF Services.
The next project is CCAS (Contract Compliance Auditing System), which is used by CSSD staff in Programs and Services. It records the results of visits and a location’s compliance with contractual requirement. This system requires maintenance such as addition of new programs, locations, address changes, etc.
Created Business Requirements Document for the State’s Inventory Database System.
Performed Regression testing of the CDCS system before the move to production for one of the releases.
Participated in Data Quality Reviews at 5 locations throughout Connecticut to check the authenticity of those programs.
