Invoice Handling (Data Scraping, ERP System)

• Extracting data from structured invoices and updating financial systems, the software bot completes a day task in just 2 hours. It handles a monthly volume of invoices approx. 50K. Purchase to Pay Process

• Implemented an automation of blocked invoices in ERP system using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, MS SQL server. The bot works by querying the DB as per a business rule and send an email notification to vendors on daily basis. It reduces the 40% effort during month-end reconciliation.
