Job description:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of construction for assigned jobs. Plan and work allocation, and supervise/monitor the work.

Site management, supervision, Quality control, of all works related to building construction.

Coordination with vendors and consultants.

Preparation of contractors and sub-contractors Bills.

Prepare BOM, BOQ and Certify bills.

Follow up with Construction Manager for resources.

Follow up with Consultants for Construction details.

Responsibilities also include estimating costs and material required, preparing proposals Bar chart and establishing completion dates.

Reviews and approves technical documentation, such as drawings and specifications, for civil engineering projects.

Execution of construction as per construction methodology and documented procedures.

Evaluating completed projects to ensure they satisfy all guidelines & specifications.

Supervises adherence to building codes and safety regulations relevant to civil engineering.

Budgeting, costing with quantity estimation and item specification arrangement of resources.
