OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead the resort in terms of operational activities to provide the highest level of comfort and hospitality to all guests.

Maintain regular contacts with individual customers, and build strong relationships with them. Achieve total guest satisfaction by providing service, which is the best in class, and maximize organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources. Develop and implement strategies to achieve a larger market share and attract new segments. Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from Employee Satisfaction Surveys to draw an action plan. Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction. Recruitment and Performance Appraisal/ Management of the staff in the department. Ensure through regular monitoring of guest feedback, prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guests. Review the monthly business reports and analyze market and occupancy trends ensure that all the operational standards set for all the equipment & processes are followed. Work in association with each operational department for effective resort management. Develop resort trainers in association with the training department & oversee all the training activities within the department.

Aloha on the Ganges was awarded as “Best Boutique Hotel- India” by SATTE in Jan 2020. Started with 47 rooms 50 associates in Nov 2015 to 130 rooms 240 associates now & 400% revenue fold at Aloha on the Ganges Rishikesh
