constructed.

Consultant : Sharah Construction.

• Project Name : Duplex House and boundary Wall(Private Villa)

Area & Location : 1200Sq.ft High Ground,at junction.

Consultant : Sarah Constructions.

Responsibilities

.Both project consists of civil and structural works of High rise buildings.

The Responsibilities are Generation of

• Making daily labor report and should submitted to the office.

• Making daily progress work done by the workers and should be calculated to their wages.

• Should Co-ordinate with clients and sub-contractors and follows as per the Planning program

schedule.

• Estimation and planning for work as per the schedule given by the consultant.

• Monitoring the site and coordination with the consultant.

• Steel reinforcement gets approval from the consultant and Municipality engineer for proceeds to

concrete. Billing claim from the consultant for every phase completion of the work.

• Quantity works were to be taken for the R.C.C, each and every materials to the site.

• Ensure the safety requirements are met in all operations

• Preparation of before & after concreting checklist.

• Interior fit out works are to be monitoring, coordinate with the Sub Contractors and checked as per

the design plan.

• D.C.E (CIVIL) from “GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE” at Thoothukudi with

6.05grade in 2016.

• SSLC from “MEERA MATRICULATION SCHOOL SCHOOL”, with 80% in 2013.

• Design Software : Auto CADD, M-S OFFICE.
