Management over pressure control center, pipe plant and jar center. Managed a $1.5 million annual budget. Responsible for building the first HUB center in the U.S. for Weatherford. Responsible for quality assurance and meeting OEM specs for all

pressure control equipment and drill pipe handling tools. Recertified pressure control equipment, drill pipe, handling tools, and jars. Overseer of pipe repairs and jar equipment repairs. Acquired any new equipment for Weatherford mid-con area. Managed the repairs and construction of Weatherford buildings in the Yukon, OK facility. Established â in houseâ inspection crews to inspect Weatherford equipment. Managed the sandblasting and re-painting of Weatherford equipment. Established the first maintenance facility for reverse equipment which consisted of pressure testing all manifolds and all piping. Setup and established safety procedure for testing of pressure control equipment, as well as installing four test bunkers complete with cameras which assured employee safety. Established Day and Night shifts. Worked closely with HR to assure employment for over 60 employees for the Weatherford HUB center.

Opened new store in the Oklahoma City area, for Houston based Logan Oil Tools. Established a large customer base that has continued to grow and has been very successful for Logan. Location Supervisor/Dispatcher/Office Manager â Weatherford International (Lindsay, OK) September 1979â April 2005

Location Supervisor- Duties of the Dispatcher and Office Manager, as well as supervising up to 25 employees. Traveled to Weatherford facilities throughout the U.S. to help convert the new billing systems. Dispatcher- Night and Weekends on call, taking orders, and dispatching tools to location. As Office Manager- All Accounts payable, rental tool delivery tickets, invoicing, employeeâ s timesheets, and operatorâ s incentive pay.

Other Interest â My wife and I enjoy fostering children. We have worked with DHS for 3 years with over 30 children placed in our home. We have adopted one little boy that was placed with us at 3 days old and now he is 18 Months.

We also attend the church of Christ in Lindsay where Iâ m one of the leaders. Also I have spent the last 28 years as an High School Basketball Official. Last 18 years on Lindsay Board of Education
