Project : Construction of Link road between Chyulu road and Rangati road spanning a distance of 6.5 km and Matumbato road (lower hill roads).
Responsibilities
Taking levels of various point along the designed road that is taking levels of both sides of the road and the center
Interpreting the designed road
Computation of data collected to give the meaning to the designed road
Taking measurement to get distance, area, and angles as per road designed by using tape measure and well as total station
Doing topo survey, that is recording all physical features presences along the proposed road
Recording the collected data, positioning and taking angle measurement between two points on the ground using a known point (benchmark).
Laying out the cut and fill for grading
Setting center lines of roadway and other features for the construction crews to do their work
Laying out boundaries within which roadway would be constructed
Establishing reference points for both horizontal and vertical control.

Conducting training on polling, counting and tallying process for the Clerks.
Collect and ensuring security of all election materials for general election.
Overseeing efficient and effective management of election before, during and after election.
Counting, tallying and announcement of provisional result in the polling station.
Sending the announce results through online transmission to the National and Constituency tallying center.
Ensuring safety of all electoral material hard copies, electrical materials and hand over to returning officer after general election.
Making sure that there is no foreign material is put into the ballot box by a voter
Ensuring that materials used or unused during election are put in the correct envelop such as rejected votes, spoilt votes, counter foil of used ballot paper, valid ballot papers are in correct envelops.

Looking for evidence of previous boundaries were and determine the current boundaries line are (re-establishment of boundaries)
Preparing plots, blue prints (R.I.M) and report after survey
Presenting findings to client, government agencies and other concern parties after survey work
