- Performs final review and approval of the subcontractor’s payments.

- Provides construction progress reports and punch lists to Project Managers and Senior PM & Reviews contract change orders.

- Following materials quotations and compare between them to choose the best one which comply with project specs.

- Coordination with the manufacturer and suppliers as per site condition.

- Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

- Coordinate and direct construction Workers and subcontractors.

- Meet contractual conditions of performance.

- Review the work progress on daily basis.

- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging.

- Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques.

- Good knowledge about Oil& Gas industry, T&C, QA/QC and Safety Engineering.
