Project responsibilities:

Ensuring all QC Reports, documents, inspection records, materials approval note, work Inspection report, drawings as per the QAP standards as per client requirement.

Coordinating with consultants and Main contractor about electrical Installation inspections and comply the issues accordingly.

Verifying all supplied materials/machines like Transformers, cable tray routings, Lighting, DB, MCC panel, earthing, BB, central battery and other ELV systems FA, CCTV & BMS as per the approved material submittal.

Strictly following the method statement, ensuring equipment’s undergo basic tests continuity, Megger, HI-POT and other component testing for medium and low voltage equipment’s and comparing along with FAT reports.

Preparing ITP, MIR, WIR & getting approval for all the delivered materials and Electrical drawings from Consultant before construction and installation.

Resolving for the snags/punch points to close the NCR (Non-conformance repots) & preparing corrective action reports before re-arranging the inspection to close NCRs.

Participating weekly & monthly project meeting with the client and consultant and updating the progress reports to QC Manger for further instruction and plans. Additional Responsibilities (SAP- End user)

Having sufficient knowledge in all Modules (MM, PS and SD) and Process project flow from start to end.

SAP Project systems module (creating Project, WBS and assigning to cost Planning, budget, budget releasing for projects etc.,) And Material Management module (PR, RFQ & PO. And GRN & Service entry creation for Store related activities.

Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd,: Nov.09 to May.14 As an engineer in-charge handled 4 Supervisors and 40+ workmen in team achieved production targets as per scheduled time.

As section in-charge in production at both (External & Internal) Accessories assemblies of transformer from Winding to Tanking until final testing.

Assembling all external accessories, testing, oil filling and physical inspection of fabrication material and handed over to final testing without deviating the process and plan.

Monitoring the total assembling of transformer includes CT assembly, Bushings assembly, Conservator and Cooling bank assemblies and other pipe line arrangement, HV& LV& neutral earthing assembly Etc.

Preparation of Shift schedules, tools according to the production plans and make sure that new revision of drawings were using at all assembly areas.

Monitoring, arranging the materials from the warehouse and also keeping chasing with Material department before start the new job.

Verifying all the check/Job sheets and maintaining along with production progress every hour.

Planning the team for dismantling all the external accessories from transformer and handover to Dispatch/Logistics without any damage for shipping.

Achievements:

Worked and assembled India’s largest rating 333 MVA, 1-Ph Auto Transformer tested and handover to client successfully.

Nearly 75 transformers assembled at the shop floor of different ratings for different clients and achieved the targeted dates.

Successfully Installed pre-commissioned and commissioned of 50 MVA, 132/33 KV transformers at ARA & Navada sites in Bihar.

RTCC to CCC and Tap changer cable rooting and termination completed at substations in Bihar site.

Pitti Laminations company Pvt. Ltd Hyderabad April 07 to Oct 09 Worked as an engineer with Pitti laminations ltd. one of the leading manufacturer of electrical stamping for Pumps and generators

Maintaining all punching & Notching machines power connections and lighting and other maintenance activities production.

Coordinating with supplier/manufacturers for the installed machine installations, repairs or service warranties to fix the repairs.
