Job Role :

-To make the child parts drawing us Receive the RFO (enquiry ) from the customer and conduct the Feasibility review with CFT Team. Submit the Quotation & APQP initiation.

-Design & Develop the new tool & Dies Drawings with dimensions and tolerance using by AutoCAD, Solid

works & CATIA

-Make the Proto sample after receiving Purchase order from customer

-Make the BOM & Quotation for New Enquires & prepare the costing of product,communicate with

customer regarding new development

-Preparation of PFD,CONTROL PLAN,

-PPAP(Production Part Approval Process),

-APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning),

-DFMEA & PFMEA (Design & Process Failure Mode Effective Analysis)

-ECR &ECN updating.

-Make the Project report and get the permission from top management

-Doing the project implementation activities as per Requirements based on timing plan

-To Update the ECR (Engineering change request ) & ECN (Engineering change Note)

-To prepare work instruction for process & packing standards.

-Preparation of monthly development activities reports & presentation.

-Overall responsibility of product realization.

-Maintain engineering documents.

-Preparation of material flow design, process flow design.

-Identify training needs of self and its evaluation.

-Capacity analysis during new product development.
