Global Settlements/Securities Lending.

Coordinates Security lending transactions to allow clients to make additional income from their securities by temporarily lending them out to other parties and receiving collateral in return.

Facilitate instruction coming from the providers on behalf of the client.

Production Control.

Provide cash and wire processing support for Institutional Middle Office.

Perform Statement processing for both Institutional and IM&T services.

Handles Proxy exception processing with Vendor.

Distribution Services – servicing both Institutional and IM&T clients.

Working directly with Retirement Plan Administrators and Plan Participants.

Issuing both recurring and non-recurring retirement benefit payments for Plan Participants.

Calculates and balances Federal and State withholdings and works with IT and Vendor(s) create annual tax forms for Plan participants.
