-Shift Boss at Consoncio Tauro mining limited in Mopani Copper Mine, Mindolo subvertical shaft.
-To organize, supervise, control development and support operations and to report on production in Mopani Copper Mine, Mindolo Subvertical, Consoncio Tauro mining sites.
-Ensure that all mining operations are in compliance with the mining regulations act.
-Supervise and control labor and mining equipment in my underground section and to ensure maximum productivity.
-Promote and assure adherence to safety, health and environmental procedures. Identify unsafe and hazardous situation.
-Provide technical assistance in the drilling and blasting operations on site
-Conduct feasibility studies for improving blasting efficiency.
-Record drilling and blasting consumables used in the mining operation in order to establish KPI’s.
-Ensure all blasting operations are in compliance with the explosives regulations act.

-To conduct feasibility studies for improving the blasting efficiency in Level 3430 Central Shaft.
-To provide technical assistance in the drilling and blasting operations in the section.
-Supervise the drilling and blasting crew on ensuring that production is achieved in a cost effective manner.
-Ensuring that the crew execute the drilling and blasting pattern as designed.
