Role & responsibilities as a Project Coordinator

Building, maintaining and monitor project plans and project schedules.

Participate with project managers for exchange of information required to meet deadlines and ensuring successful project delivery.

Assisting the Scrum Master and Program Manager in the project management duties.

Timely communicate established tasks and timelines to IT team and management to carry out project tasks.

Coordinate with the Project Lead to schedule meetings, distribute agendas and take notes.

Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Create and update system training guides/scripts and implementation tools.

Conduct, in person or virtual, full-scope innovation/systems demonstrations as needed.

Update and maintain the project plan and ensure project deadlines are met.

Identify and communicate any project risks or issues to the management and professional with agencies on status calls and through email.

Work with internal teams to ensure the product technology functions as designed.

Provide weekly project summaries including latest accomplishments, upcoming tasks and risks

Coordinate implementation requirements with appropriate departments.

Evaluate potential problems with the schedule and recommend solutions.

Manage project related paperwork needed for contracts, SOW, or permission access.

Conduct Train-the-to internal and external customers.

Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and provide recommendations for modifications.
