Provide estimate and appropriate materials based on the plan’s specifications for all sites.
Provide electrical plan audits and assists supervisors in quantity materials used in construction site
Assigned to ensure all equipment on the facility are working efficiently and supervise maintenance.
Supervision and Monitoring of manpower in order to have a proper input/output for the project
Preparations of documents needed on-site

b. Preparation of for approval drawings
c. As built Plans
d. Inspection Request
e. Handover report
f. Auto-CAD

Provide proper orientation for all manpower of the project. Responsible with the entire field activities such as supervising manpower daily activities Provide weekly and monthly monitoring of the project. Trouble shooting and initial testing of FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel) to have efficient and effective FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm System) Preparations of documents needed on-site

e. Handover / Turn Over report
f. Documents for Close out of the Project
Attending coordination meeting with Owner, General Contractor and Trade Contractor Requisition and inventory of materials needed for the project.
