Worked in (Baros Maldives) as supervisor in charge of laundry and uniform room 10th October 2017 to 31st April il 2018. Worked in (TAJ City Center) Guru-gram from 16 July 2018 To 02nd March 2019 as a laundry supervisor.

Now working in ( Pride Plaza Hotel New Delhi ) as assistant manager laundry from 4th March 2019 to till date.

Job Responsibilities

Overall Responsible of timely Delivery of Guest Laundry and make sure every pieces of guest Garment being checked before goes to Guest Rooms.

Draw an action plan and co ordinate with Laundry Manager on Guest Feedback for to Make sure each guest satisfied.

To keep the record of overall linen production & guest Laundry revenue. Maintains every day Work area clean & safe Delegate duties on each and every associate. Coordinate with Housekeeping and other department on their linen requirements. Maintain and requisite laundry chemical store and guest laundry supply with in the budget. Making and keep Record of daily Production of Linen and Guest Laundry. Inspect all equipment, register and Files to avoid Mistakes. Overall responsible of timely delivery of Staff Uniform, Room Linen and F&B Linen with Hotel Standard.

Handles all Laundry equipment i.e. Washer Extractor, Dry cleaning Machine, Tumble Dryer, steam Press, Hot Head Press, Shirt Unit etc. with Quality Finish Handles Guest Laundry, Checking, Tagging, Processing, Packing and Bill Making with Standard

From washer man community excellent at hand pressing, guest laundry and emergency Pressing requirements.

Knowledge of laundry washes formulas, chemicals, and Stain removing Reagents. Responsible for the day to day equipment maintenance and quality finish as per standard Ready to learn new technique and procedure to enhance knowledge and skills.
