Supervision of Piping Work, Pump Room Equipment’s as per specification & Drawing.
Evaluate and estimate the project requirements as per program of project in terms of Materials and Manpower, Provision for the same and ensure safety, quality and quantity standards are maintained.
Ensure accurate and timely record of all site Activities is maintained.
Reviewing shop drawings for the Projects and indicating the required changes to suit the actual site conditions.
Installation & Supervision of Piping System, Risers, Plant Room as Per Specification & Drawing.
An overall concept of Plumbing Equipment’s like, Boiler, Hot water calorifiers, Electric Water Heaters, Water supply Booster, transfer, Circulation Pumps, Potable water Heat exchanger, Automatic Air vent, Pressure reducing station, Water Hammer arrestor, filtration system, Submersible Pumps, Grease Interceptors… etc.
Assisting in quantity takeoff from Drawing & ordering the material, coordinating with Supplier for material Delivery.
Arranging for Inspection Request for material & Work done in Site.
Coordinating with Main Contractor for Civil Clearances like Shaft closing, Ceiling closing.
Advising toolbox talk to the Supervisor & Foreman for Safe Work Environment & housekeeping.
Providing Information to Quantity Surveyor For monthly Billing of Subcontractor.
Following the store keeper weekly basis for Inventory report.
Worked in DLP for maintenance Works for Equipment’s periodic maintenance& Trouble shooting.
Preparing Final As built Drawing as per site Condition.
Attending minutes of meeting with engineer for weekly progress and follow up the progress of work.
Follow up the Mechanical services from installations to testing &commissioning, liaising with engineers and participating in identifying areas of improvement of related tasks, and coordinate with QA/QC for approval.
