Roles and responsibilities:

Building construction projects design coordination and project management of MEP services in a team as well as individual.

Lead the team of engineers.

Involved in execution, management and coordination with Leading EPC contractors and contracts.

Handling Electrical, HVAC, ELV, Plumbing, Fire hydrant, IBMS and Security gadgets.

Kitchen and laundry equipment tendering and design approval at site as well as installation coordination.

MEP Projects design coordination and Execution.

Review and approving the shop drawing/GFC drawings according to the design intent.

Approving the material as per the design specifications and standards.

Review and certification of the bills for the contractors and vendors.

Project execution in various types of commercial and residential buildings.

Firefighting and ELV systems of various building services.

Internal and external plumbing works including WTP and STP.

MV Panel & Transformer Erection.

HT and LT cable laying, Testing and commissioning of all MEP services.

Coordinate with Client, Vendors and contractors to meet the work schedule and design intent as well as quality on time.

Monitoring the Project Schedule.

Ensuring the quality of job at site is as per the design and standards.

Inspection of Equipment’s before delivery.

Following systems like DPR, WPR and MIS document. CAREER SUMMARY:
