Design and Development of Special Helical Gear Boxes like speed increaser, speed reducer, High Speed, pinion stand, dual tandem as per application.

Doing reverse engineering on different make gearboxes for one to one replacement orders or for refurbishment of the gearboxes.

Gear Box design calculations including bearing life and bearing load, shaft and key safety, with design for lubrication of Gear box.

Preparing 3-D layout of the gearbox according to calculations and customer requirements.

Preparing Dimensional detail drawing for customer approval.

Preparing Manufacturing and Assembly Drawings for various components of gearbox and Fabricated or Casted Gear casing, using GDT, DIN and GWS standards.

Coordinating with the Project team and Customers for drawings and approvals.

Providing training to apprentices and trainee engineers.

Studying effects of twisted tape insertion in solar water heater : Fabricated a prototype for a solar water heater with twisted tape inserted in water pipes (after making its 3D model in CREO). Examined and compared the efficiency of our prototype with a normal water heater. In conclusion we observed that efficiency of solar water heaters can be increased by using twisted tapes.
