Duties and Responsibilities:

Check warranty condition, analysis the failure, confirm service information is applicable for related failure and take proper warranty decision in favorable of customer satisfaction and organization

Coordinate with manager and prepare repair order for authorization as per warranty requirement.

Prepare technical report with photographs, arrange supporting documents & vehicle fault data as per warranty protocol and send the report to Manufacture service support desk and give the feedback accordingly.

Monitor defective products and withdraw specific batch of products if required.

Manage and prepare all warranty documents according to Principal requirement.

Generate& submit all warranty claims (Normal, Technical goodwill, Goodwill Escalation Goodwill & Parts warranty) with proper documents in Manufacturer’s warranty system

(SAP).

Check goodwill share in warranty system and inform the percentage accordingly.

Check the reason for rejected warranty claim and resubmit after necessary correction.

Review all warranty claims and administer it with warranty awarded.

Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements.

Maintain knowledge on various warrant programs by active participation in education programs.

Coordinate with account departments and settle all warranty claims. Training Attended

I had worked in Al Ghandi Auto, Dubai (GMC dealer)as a Job controller from April 2008 to February 2010.

Worked as a Service Advisor in Amana Toyota, Kannur ((Dealer for Toyota) from December 2006 to March 2008

Worked in in Sakthi Automobiles, Kannur as a Floor/ Warranty supervisor ( Dealer for TATA Motors) from January 2003 to November 2006
