I was appointed lead by Supervision.Not necessarily because I was the most experienced or skilled Millwright onsite,but because I did not have to jeopardize SAFETY to be efficient and productive. Received Site Contractors"Best JSA"award@MITSUBISHI POWER HAWK RD PLANT The most important skill I used and posess is the skill to work both efficient and productive without jepardizing safety.
