As an Account Representative for a Third Party Debt Collection Agency located in Maumee Ohio from June 2012 to September 2014, I was responsible for adhering to all of the applicable laws governed under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, better known as the FDCPA, in an attempt to collect the delinquent balances consisting of but not limited to; Verizon Wireless; Landline; and Citibank Macy’s accounts. I averaged over 280 calls per day while working in the Verizon Department via the IAT Dialer System. I have vast knowledge of working within the Columbia Ultimate Business System (CUBS).
