Directly managed the group’s software R&D program covering 6-8 projects and budgeted at ~$2M annually and developing / managing core physical access system and related products to support Department of Energy (DOE) facilities. Conducted detailed project, resource, and activity plans; managed multiple projects concurrently; prepared monthly progress reports for sponsors; developed proposals and field budget submissions with finance management staff; and interfaced with project sponsors at DOE Headquarters.

Field Engineer responsible for structural steel field engineering in the placement of 2,600 tons of steel; finished project as mechanical field engineer, responsible for wet-side of the HVAC system.
