As Technology Integration Manager, was responsible for deploying all technology solutions supporting physical security operations. As IT Group Leader, managed IT portfolio of 10+ multi-user custom and commercial applications supporting physical, personnel, information, and protective force (guard) functions; developed and executed multi-year strategic plan; executed many deployments, managed/sponsored multiple application development efforts, and completed hundreds of enhancement requests across each business domain. Portfolio include applications for badging, clearance management, access control, intrusion detection, locks and keys, surveillance, document control, and incident reporting. Directly managed the group’s software R&D program covering 6-8 projects and budgeted at ~$2M annually and developing / managing core physical access system and related products to support Department of Energy (DOE) facilities. Conducted detailed project, resource, and activity plans; managed multiple projects concurrently; prepared monthly progress reports for sponsors; developed proposals and field budget submissions with finance management staff; and interfaced with project sponsors at DOE Headquarters.

Field Engineer responsible for structural steel field engineering in the placement of 2,600 tons of steel; finished project as mechanical field engineer, responsible for wet-side of the HVAC system. Resolved engineering issues necessary to sustain work efforts of 30-60+ craft crew. Wrote OSHA erection plan, prepared physical model, handled shop drawings, change orders, and (RFIs).
