Project Responsibilities and Authorities: -

Study the contract documents, plan and arrange the resources in coordination with projects manager, Ensure execution of the project within the budget & schedule & meeting the contract requirements, To research special supplies and sub- contracts and make appropriate recommendations to company management and commercial department .

Assist Division Manager in all activities from tendering to Handing over of the Project Once He Request.

Preparing & designing the Shop Drawings, review all materials submittals which we need in the projects before Submitting to consultant & getting approval from the Client, consultant

Ensure the works going on at the site project during the construction stages as per the Authorities requirements as well as project specifications and managing all activity required for the project execution by coordination with other disciplines.

Prepare payment certificates, to liaise with the client for all contractual aspects of the project including progress, variation, claims & etc. .

Ensure execution of the project within the budget & schedule & meeting the contract requirements,

To research special supplies and sub-contracts and make appropriate recommendations to company management and commercial department.

Ensure complying with HSEQ Requirements in cooperation with other senior supporting staff.
