Responsible for-

#. Implement equipment maintenance schedules at site & workshop.

#. Co-ordinate between Corporate office & construction project site for mobilization & demobilization of equipment.

#.Follow up & co-ordinate with Vendors, contractor for pre-commissioning, commissioning preparations, like plan, procedures, startup sequence, optimization including construction and pre commissioning priorities.

Responsible for- Entire Plant &Machinery activity of the 3 kms stretch (section -2 and section3) of the project having 120 piers.

Ensure safe operation of the Plant & Machineries, by conducting the daily/weekly inspection along with EHS department.

Allocation of the P&M as per requirements by different sections of the stretch for round the clock operation.

Cooperation with workshop for the spare parts and periodic maintenance plan.
