PRESENT EMPLOYMENT

Present working as Accounts Manager with well renowned & established company namely Biogenetic Drugs Pvt Ltd (Smilax Group) Baddi (HP) since Sept. 2016. I am totally responsible for all Accounts, Finance, and Admin & Liasioning of the unit. My reporting to MD on daily basis.

Job Profile-

I am totally responsible for the all factory Activity as Maintain discipline in the organization & compliance for statutory regulations on Labour & Administratration Compliance for all Labour related requirements for the company & Contractor employees Build & Maintain productive relationship with workmen & staff recruitment process management. Grievance handling for workmen & staff.

Ensure manpower availability & retention in line with plant needs. Assist in preparation of short term & long term manpower plans/budget as per requirement from production department. General Administration (Security, Transport fire fighting). Ensure compliance with various regulations including ESI Act, PF Act, and Factories Act etc.

For GST Function I am Ensure Daily basis Ledger Scrutiny, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Control, debtor’s payment collection, Creditor’s payment, & Prepare GST Return adjust the inputs & balance GST deposit in time & file the return, Sale Tax assessment, TDS Deduction, its timely deposit return. I am supervising & supported by 3 Nos assistants to control over these functions in a completely Tally ERP package.

I am also Liaison with Govt Deptt. As HPSIDC LTD, Pollution Control Board, Excise & Taxation Deptt. Labour department, ESIC & PF department

•Worked with well renowned & established company namely “Varahi Plastics Pvt. Ltd in a plant based Baddi (Himachal Pradesh), on the capacity of Excise Manager Since Sept. 2002 to Oct 2007, it’s a Pet Bottle Caps & preform manufacturing for Dabur India Ltd.
