• Uptime quarterly preview report, Data Centre & LOD Load details Report,

• Energy saving data, Energy consumption report, Per capita & per sq.ft consumption reports,

• PPM 360, LEED Building data, CA MMR Reports, All Its related like CEM,OPS-AIDE and EHS documents checking and updation

• Fire alarm testing, floor occupancy, Evacuation mock drill, Fire NOC,

• Implemented TPM Module so Developing of SOPs, updating, check list, distribution of Electrical related Signage’s at the right position, disposal or destroying the fire hazardous materials as per Govt. Norms, Flow chart, neat & clean infra area, Updating & implementing LOTO system, History cards for all equipments in the facility, etc.

• STP, MANJEERA Water testing, Load details of STP, Water consumption reports.
