I love being a vacclnator. I have many
compllments on how well I do with the
atlents. I keep my work area clean and
~anftlzed at all times. I change my gloves with
each patient. I make sure all my paperwork Is
complete and signed and dated before moving
to the next patient. I have worked In pharmacy
since 1973 and loved every minute of it. 1
remember one night when a patient who was a
cancer patient called In the middle of a rain
storm and needed medications. I didn't
hesitate for a minute and felt good that I could
help her. I have done many things over the
years. I worked at the SEAHDC for a couple of
years and enjoyed It tremendously. I also
worked for 2 dlfferl!nt nursing homes for a
number of years. Being able to start giving
Covld vaccines has been wonderful for me. I
love pharmacy and working.

the pharmacy staff. I verified all the doctors
orders. I checked for drug Interactions and

I did all the duties of the pharmacy when the
manager wasn't there. I opened the pharmacy
and ov&rsaw all the pharmacy workers. I filled
prescriptions and consulted with each
customer. I reviewed prescriptions for
Interactions and compatibility. I filed all
prescriptions according to state law. I kept the
prescriptions separated according to legend
drugs and controlled drugs. I did calls to
patient& about there medications. I called
patients to remind them it was time to get
refllls. I did all requited papeiwork for my
c-0mpany. I administered vaccines to my
patients and recorded them appropriately. I
helped patients with otc medications. I did
many call backs after hours. I filled nursing
home prescriptions and dellvered on many
occasions. Very fulfilling job and loved my Job
and patients.
