Assist arrival passengers to locate missing baggage or track damage baggage concerns and keep them updated regarding the baggage status.

Assist passengers with baggage pickup and resolve issues with delayed, lost or damaged items.

Accept passengers for check-in, verify the completeness necessary travel documents as required by the customer airline and the passengers point of origin, transit points (if any) and final destination. Inspect acceptability of baggage in compliance with the customer airline’s policy and against the passenger’s free baggage allowance. Ask security questions to each passenger and inspect any suspicious items upon acceptance. Issue the passengers boarding pass, assigned gates and give details on boarding procedures.

Assist departure / arrival procedures, provide exceptional customer service and quality assistance to all passengers. Respond to passengers needing special assistance such as First class, VIP, MAAS, pregnant, travelling with INF and children.
