Description: Managed Services is a production support project. Work under Managed Services are tracking and resolution of incident tickets, monitoring jobs, delivering break -fix SRs in co-ordination with team across the multiple applications. Perform all tests on production application and prepare recovery procedures for all the applications and provide upgrade for the same. Also interacts with business on daily basis and provide updates on the ongoing issues/work Responsibility:
