Design of Automotive batteries

Subject Matter Expert on Generation of plates of Manufacturing Lead Acid Batteries

Project Planning and co-ordination to fulfill the timelines of OEM’s

Conducting Charge Balance Studies in different vehicles and detailed analysis of the vehicle

Taking Decisions on the Battery design and Process based on the Studies Conducted

Conducting Mileage Studies in E-Rickshaw and detailed analysis of vehicular accessories

Addressing to the RFQ requirements from the OEMs

Redesigning of battery if necessary for cost reduction

Liaison with customers regarding any technical issue

Making APQP Documents (DFMEA, CTQ Documents) required by different OEMs

Detailed analysis and development of Chargers for E-Rickshaw

Development of BMS for Lead Acid Batteries

Competitor Analysis & Comparison

Creating Outline Drawings of batteries with AUTOCAD

Application Engineering Studies at different OEMs and dealer ends ( Visited Dubai & Bahrain for Application Study)
