Management and distribution of two digital EPs: Can You Hear The Whistle Blow(by Default) and Hiding in Your Room(by Zoogazer).

• Product Strategy: Drove the product distribution plan and strategy. Built the roadmaps on JIRA for di erent digital music platforms. On NetEase Cloud Music, the Top 4 music streaming service provider in China, each of the two distributed EPs has been played over 100000 times.

• The 1st Product Distribution(EP Link): Distributed the digital EP to music platforms(Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) Communicated with partners and the digital distribution company (Believe Digital). The artist Default now has 2458 listeners per month on Spotify.

• The 2nd Product Distribution(EP Link): Distributed the digital EP to music platforms(Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) Communicated with partners and the digital distribution company (Believe Digital). The artist Zoogazer now has 2301 listeners per month on Spotify.

PROJECTS

Contact Tracing Application Design October 2020-November 2020 Designed a mobile application to capture the contacts with the users and infected cases.

• Requirement Analysis: Developed the PRDs to re ne the core requirements. De ned the main features and proposed the new relative features. Provided an application scenario that described the user’s experience.

• Task Analysis: Re ned the textual hierarchical task analysis. Made a diagrammatic hierarchical task analysis by Xmind.

• UI Design: After researching the requirements of users and analyzing competitive products like Covid Tracker, designed the prototype by Adobe XD. Considering the Covid-19 situation, planned to implement it as a mobile application.

Chinese Poem Rhythm Encoding December 2019

Implemented software to help Chinese learners with the rhythms of Chinese poems.

• User Research: Collected the responses from 5 Chinese learners by user interview. Extracted the requirement of learning the rhythm rules.

• Data Preprocess: Collected 200 poems data from 6 websites by a crawler. Preprocessed the data by removing the useless information, stored the data in JSON form.

• UI Design: Designed the prototype of the user interface by Adobe XD and distributed it to some friends who are studying Chinese, the application helped them learn Chinese pronunciation and poetry culture.

• Presented Publicly: Presented the development process and project functions. Planned to develop an application on Facebook.
