Worked as Project Engineer (SCADA) in MANTENA GROUP from July 2020 to Till date Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engineering and Commissioning of SCADA systems including configuration of SCADA Server, communications, automation equipment and PLC's

• Investigating, analyzing and correcting complex SCADA systems related problems

• Freezing the graphics developed by vendor for SCADA screens and modifying at site as

• per the client requirement.

• Installation of instrumentation, SCADA and PLC/DCS at Pump house Vibration, Temperature (RTD type and Bi metallic type) monitoring of Pump.

• Selection and sizing of field instruments.

• Preparation of instrument data sheets

• Finalizing and troubleshooting the logic developed by vendor and PLC/DCS/RTU for the

• Pump house, Dams, and irrigation system.

• Finalizing the instrumentation required for the irrigation project at raise mains and gravity main.

• Working closely with technical team on automation and monitoring of lift irrigation, Micro

• irrigation implementation up to 1 HA irrigation by following rotation management system.

• Preparation of engineering deliverables like loop diagrams, hookup diagrams, layouts. Worked as Project Engineer (SCADA) in Premier solar power tech limited from Jun 2015 to Jun 2020

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proficient in working on DCS & SCADA software testing.

• Involved in Factory acceptance test (FAT) of different projects for Software and functionality testing.

• Managed smooth implementation in the form of Installation, testing & commissioning of the application at client location

• Worked with Serial RS-232, Rs485, Ethernet, TCP/IP, IEC61850 interface And Preparation of I/O list, Functional description preparation. demonstrated skill using SCADA Ignition Software

• Five years’ experience with programming and configuring SCADA software packages, PLC Platforms and Microsoft Operating Systems

• Three years experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SCADA or equivalent distributed control systems (DCS),PLC

• Experience in the overall aspects of design engineering, construction, start-up/commissioning, and subsequent O&M for solar power plants Facilitate effective transitions into operations and ensure on- going sustainability of systems

• Experience with SCADA master and field devices related to generation

• Solid base knowledge of networking, transport, and application layer protocols, such as IP, TCP, UDP, and HTTP

Worked in Eider Motors Limited as a engineering consultant through ECIL –Rapiscan Limited from November 2014 to June 2015

Worked in Electronics Corporation of India Limited as a engineering consultant through ECIL

–Rapiscan Limited from August 2012 to November 2014. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Associated with Electronic Manufacturing Services Division (EMSD)
