Seven years clinical nursing experience in in emergency, acute med/surg, and telemetry/cardio

Experience with CKD/ESRD and hemodialysis patients; skilled to work with the Fresenius 5008 hemodialysis machine

Extensive knowledge in interpreting laboratory values for hemodialysis patients

Demonstrated use of sound professional judgment and best practice guidelines

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address and resolve conflicts, problem-solve, and make decisions aligned with practice competency requirements

Demonstrated patient and family-centered care practice with emphasis on patient advocacy
