Cellular Sales of Knoxville Inc.
Mansfield, PA
08/19-08/20, Sales Associate
While working with Cellular Sales of Knoxville or "CSOKI" I learned a lot about hard work, I learned a lot about patience and a lot about serving the customer. I also learned how to operate in a way that not only coincides with the customer experience but also aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
I enjoyed working out in the field specifically resolving customer service issues to handle complex technological difficulties. My main focus was our customers. I was able to meet all of the checkpoints and stages throughout my time on the job. I took pride in providing our clients with exceptional service that exceeded their expectations as well as doing well by the company.
The Cove Restaurant and Marina
Fall River, MA
05/17-08/19 Food Runner, Barback
While working at "The Cove" my two main positions were Food Runner and Bar Back. I had an extreme amount of responsibility everyday due to my knowledge and insight I had gained from working with them for the two summers I did.
As a food runner I was mainly responsible for providing prompt and satisfactory food services. I would deliver food to the tables in an extremely professional manner and communicate with customers to satisfy their specific needs while also communicating with the server of the table. As a food runner I was also responsible for making sure the kitchen was clean and prepared for the day, I would cut and prepare things such as peppers, lemons, parsley and bread and help garnish each dish with the appropriate items as needed.
As a Bar back, my main responsibilities were to satisfy the needs of the bartenders at all three bars located throughout "The Cove" stocking alcohol, cleaning, lifting and transporting full and empty beer kegs, and also keeping inventory of all alcohol.
Work Study Student (PGCC Athletics Department)
Prince George, Maryland
08/14-08/17
While Working as a work study student we were absent of an assistant athletic director, so my responsibilities increased since the department was understaffed. I would attend all sporting events and work where needed (Doing food sales, operating the game clock and scoreboard, cleaning, etc.). I also was in charge of keeping inventory of numerous clothing items distributed amongst various sports teams and maintaining an accurate count of merchandise that has been distributed. I also gained some experience scheduling while building multiple teams future schedules as far as home and away games were concerned. I had to evenly distribute and arrange the amount of home and away games each team would play the next calendar year and made sure that the dates and times for each game were appropriate and satisfactory with both the Athletic Director of PGCC and the coaches of various teams.
