I also follow up after job training has been completed to ensure optimum and appropriate use of newly acquired knowledge, skills and abilities.
I’m also able to motivate and be a role model to all riders under my supervision, and able to manage and discipline riders according to Opay standards with no offences,
I also follow processes to ensure that all riders are on the road working and ensure effective systems that support the synergy within the company and also ensures that I’ve good communication with the riders.

I motivated the staff to provide exceptional customer service managed shift and complete all reports or documentations related to each shift, abide by cash collection procedures and make sure all staff members follow it.
I was also in-charge of collecting cash, organizing appropriate delivering all requested reports, ensured all other staffs on duty are functioning well in their various department. And ensured the boutique is always clean and well maintained.
