● Managing the outsourced activities, doing planned audits at supplier end on weekly basis

● Maintaining corrective action reports against the issues identified & tracking the effectiveness of countermeasures

● Preparing Material requirement slips (MRS) against the scraped Raw materials & procuring replacement materials from material planning team

● Handling the product movement completely from Planning to Shipping in Operation planning & Control team without any major escalations

● Managing the expense report against the material shipping and closing bills against the orders

● Managing the manpower and schedule the labour work

● Responsible for monthly production target will be achieved
