Creation of new machine parts & sheet metal parts, Assembly & 2D drawing in CATIA, AUTOCADD, AP100 & RADAN.

To develop the Punching & bending drawing for the process.

Co-ordinating with programming, punching, laser & fabrication team.

CNC AMADA Punching & Bending machine operations.

Laser machine programming & Hindustan Press break machine operations

Production planning, execution to achieve the target and reporting to the Plant head.

Trouble shoot the issues in machines and monitoring the production process and report development to improve the production.
