PROJECT UNDERGONE

A NOVAL APPROACH OF CUTTING TOOL IN FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT : My project is Finite element based drilling operation for aluminum work piece. Deform3D software was used to perform drilling operation by using carbide drill bit in simulation manner. Without using man and machine power we can calculate machining parameters during drilling operation such as Tool tip temperature, cutting force, stress, tool wear, tool damage, strain, material removal rate. So I preferred this simulative machining process to consume time and negligible machine and material cost. Many research related to machining by using simulation was going on. PERSONAL DETAILS
