Responsibilities: -

Design and developing ideas for new product and production system.

Modelling in SOLIDWORKS Part Modelling, Assembly Modelling, and Drawing generation.

Design and Develop Packing Solution for Ammunition and Missiles for Armed Forces.

Plan, Organise, Direct, Control, And Coordinate research and development activates with in organization.

Design and Develop Fixture and Gauges for production activates.

Prototyping by 3D Printers as well as actual.

Seeking customer approval to product improvement.

Fallow up with Customers and Vendors by E-mail and telephonic conversation.

Improvement in existing products and Study the potential of new product.

Responsibilities: -

Supervision in Tool Room and Machine Assembly Line.

Installation and Commissioning of Machines at Customer Site.

Production Planning of Machine Parts in Tool Room.

Provide service and Maintenance of Machines.

Validate Part after machining for Assembly.

Study of Drawing and Explain to Operators.

2D/3D Parts Modelling in SOLIDWORKS and AUTO CAD.

Submission of Production Report Daily basis.

After that I join Anjani Technoplast Ltd.(ATL) in Jan 2017 as Design and Development Engineer ATL is an ISO certified company working for Ministry of Defence (MOD), I am learning lot of Design and development Activities, SolidWorks Software and Tool Design with ATL I got Best performer and Leadership award I am working in ATL as Sr. Design and Development Engineer.
