2018 - 2019 Mini Project Design and fabrication of Additive manufacturing setup using solar
energy with the help of Fresnel lenses
1. Designed the setup with lenses to focus the
renewable form of energy (solar energy) on to the
targeted material i.e. Aluminium oxide powder
which is easily available.
2. Implemented as a feed to 3D printer to
minimize the cost involved.
2018 - 2019 Additional Project Design and fabrication of Compressed air engine.
1. Designed a compressed air engine to reduce the
wastage of petroleum products by replacing it with compressed air.
2. Use of pneumatic switches made the design
easier to work with. Also the air used was
compressed easily with the compressor with
required level so as to actuate the piston movement according to valve timings.

College Project Formula - SAE Go-kart Challenge
1. Worked with the material selection team and
designed the kart within the constraints
mentioned in the rule book.
2. CAD modelled the kart and its components
using solidworks and did the stress analysis using ANSYS software.
2019 - 2020 Final Year Project - Deccan Pumps Design and analysis of customized material handling layout in Pump industry.
1. Reconfigured the layout problem with
alternate process routings.
2. This improved the production flexibility and
minimized the material handling costs.
2019 - 2020 Final Year Project - Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited Analysis of insulation
material used in the refinery furnace that
reduces the heat transfer rate.
1. Insulation in refinery furnace was suggested
with Silica Aerogel, Firebricks and Stainless steel foil sheet which replaced Calcium Silicate block
and Asbestos in previous design.
2. This improves the profit of the company.
