Project Description:

In this project, we need to support, maintain & administer the databases holding data of a science-led global healthcare company. Initially we were covering Low & Medium, High and Urgent priority tickets pertaining to 26 sub-codes on 24*7 support.

Environment:

SQL Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2016 Enterprise, standard, Windows Enterprise Server 2012, .NET, Microsoft Visio, SFTP, Microsoft Reporting Services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Working on Remedy tickets related to Installation, Patching, Mirroring, Log Shipping, Clustering, Disk Space Issues, Database availability problems, Agent Job related issues, slow running queries, replication and log file issues
